The location of the hotel is ideal for those wishing to enjoy the excellent nightlife Blackpool has to offer, with restaurants, shopping and car parking situated within a few minutes walk from the hotel. The North Pier, Winter Gardens, Tower, Flamingos, Funny Girls, Mardi Gras and Blackpool north train and bus stations are also situated very close by. The Pleasure Beach is a short tram ride away. The promenade is only yards away from the hotel, ideal for taking in the fresh air and views over the Irish sea. Availability searches and bookings can be done online or you can contact us by telephone on 01253 206 206. IT IS ALWAYS CHEAPER TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM BY PHONE AS THERE ARE NO BOOKING FEES! With the exception of Blackpool Pride, all Bank Holidays and New Years Eve, (subject to availability) we are happy to accept 1 night weekend bookings at the last minute. Obviously, as a business, we prefer our weekend guests to stay for a minimum of 2 nights, so we regret we will be unable to confirm a booking for a 1 night weekend stay any earlier than the evening before your intended visit. All weekend bookings made online after Easter are restricted to a minimum stay of 2 nights, so it will be necessary to telephone us on 01253 206 206 to enquire about 1 night (last minute) weekend availability. Enquiries for New Years Eve and PRIDE must also be made via telephone as we close off those dates online to ensure we stay 100% gay!!!

Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable, cancellations may be subject to a £20 administration fee if rooms are not cancelled within 24 hours of us advising you verbally or sending your booking confirmation by email or post. Cancellations made within 7 days of your expected arrival date are chargeable at the full room rate although every effort will be made to minimise the cost to you by us attempting to re-let the room and refunding the balance to your card.

Terms and Conditions

A TWO night minimum stay is applicable at weekends from Easter to early November (during peak seasons), all bank holidays and new years eve. The tariff displayed above is applicable to all customers making their booking via the telephone. Customers making their booking online should be aware that they are using a booking agent (not us) and may be charged a higher tariff and different booking terms may apply. Any theft or damage caused to hotel furniture or textiles (particularly burns on carpets) will be charged to the principle cardholder, named guest or group organiser responsible for the booking, this will include replacement of the item in full including any labour/delivery charges. Any guest found to be discriminating, rude, discourteous or found to be jeopardising the safety or well-being of other guests or hotel staff will be asked to leave the premises immediately, barred from any future visit and will not be offered any refund of monies paid. Check In anytime from 2pm, please advise if you are arriving later than 6pm. Bookings cannot be accepted unless we hold valid debit or credit card details. The Management reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking(s) at their discretion. Your booking indicates your acceptance of these terms.
